 US patented lightweight compact design for truly desktop operation, but rigid enough for precision machining for all metal parts up to 12" x 8" x 6" in size.
The system includes a PC with Windows operating system and installed CNC software, (keyboard, monitor and mouse is not included for user preference), toolbox contains specially designed work piece(s) clamping devices, wrenches, ER16 collets, and milling bits for turn key operation.     This is a single piece machine, all power and control units, except PC, are built-in.

    The micro step controller is special designed by ACT. It performs like servo motor. We use "bipolar sine wave" technology instead of "bipolar chopper" for the controller. We guarantee no step missing in the normal operation with 0.00008" resolution. We tested the machine with the full speed (slew rate) in all axes continuously for hours, the motors are not hot at all. There are 5 CPU in each controller, one for each axis (3), one for spindle motor and one for the coordination of all motions. The electronic system is thorough tested through temperature and vibrations for reliability and lasting life. Please refer to the "Technologies" page for details.
